Introduction
Reformer and Mat Pilates classes and other fitness and exercise classes are supplied by Forge Pilates.
In this document, “we”/“us”/“our” means Forge Pilates Ltd, and “you”/“your”/“yours” means you, the customer. These terms, combined with the waiver that must be agreed to during account registration, constitute the contract between us for the supply of services to you. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
Booking and Payment
Our online booking system and mobile application function by displaying a calendar of classes, indicating their dates, times, and associated fees. Class availability fluctuates dynamically in response to client bookings and cancellations. Upon selecting a class for online booking, you will be prompted to choose the desired date and time. You are responsible for checking the details of your booking at each stage of the booking and payment process.
Method of Payment
Our online booking system facilitates payment for classes via debit or credit card, including the utilisation of Apple Pay and Google Pay. To secure a class, you must possess credits, which can be purchased either at the time of booking or beforehand. Upon selecting credits, you will be redirected to a page where you will be prompted to provide your payment details. Kindly be advised that the amount paid for your credit/credits is non-refundable, and all prices are final. Special offer purchases made on temporary deals are non-transferable.
Discount codes/vouchers
All discount codes are to be used only by the intended person and should not be shared. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made in a way that do not adhere to these rules.
Changing your bookings
You are permitted to modify the date and time of your booking without incurring any charges, provided that you do so at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the class you have reserved. To effect a change to your booking, kindly navigate to our booking system or mobile application. This service has no extra charge. However, please note that changes are subject to the availability of classes. We cannot guarantee the availability of classes at any given time, especially if a change is made with short notice.
Cancelling your bookings
You may cancel your booking 12 hours or more before the scheduled date and time of the class. To cancel your booking, please do so via our booking system or mobile app. There is no additional charge for cancelling within this timeframe.
When a booking is cancelled 12 hours or more before the class, the credit used for that booking will be returned to your booking account and can be used to book a different class.
If you cancel your booking within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time, the credit used will not be returned to your account and will not be transferable.
You are responsible for checking the details of your booking, including the date and time, at each stage of the booking and payment process.
No shows/Lateness
If you fail to turn up for your booking, this will be considered a no show and your credit will not be returned to your account. You are responsible for checking the details of your booking at each stage of the booking and payment process.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your class. If you have not attended the studio before, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time to receive and Induction chat from your instructor. Our studio runs a 5 minute lateness policy. The doors to the studio will be locked 5 minutes after the class start time to avoid distraction. If you arrive after this period, you will be unable to partake in the class and your credit will not be returned to your account.
We reserve the right to restrict customers from making future bookings if they fail to attend their booked class due to a no show or lateness.
Expiry of Purchases
The expiry date of each package is clearly detailed on the booking system and the start date is always the date of purchase.
If We Cancel Your Booking
In the unlikely event that we cancel a class or classes that you have booked, we will contact you by email or SMS and offer you the choice of a refund for the credit used on that class, or for the credit to be returned to your account to be used at an alternative date and time. Children If you are under the age of 18, you are unable to attend Forge Pilates classes. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot permit customers to bring children into the studio whilst group classes are running.
Bookings Liability
A binding contract is not formed until we accept your offer to make a booking for a class or classes. An offer will be deemed to have been accepted by us once you are in receipt of a booking confirmation from us. Prices are subjected to change at any time by us before we accept your booking. All classes are offered by us subject to availability. In the event of a genuine booking system error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel all confirmed class bookings. In event of such cancellation, our only liability to you shall be to refund the price paid by you for your class booking, or to transfer your credit to a class at an alternative date and time, whichever you prefer.
Entry
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the Studio and Classes.
