- We are at number 41, on the right-hand side
- Anglia Square bus stops are a 5-minute walk

No experience needed for Mixed Ability or Mature Movers. Forge FLOW requires at least 3 Mixed Ability classes.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes and can be purchased from the studio if needed.
You can book via our website or through the Forge Pilates app. Simply choose your class, buy or use an existing credit, and secure your spot.
Our Reformer classes have a maximum of 6 spaces, allowing our instructors to provide guidance and support throughout your session.
You can cancel your booking free of charge, provided you do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. Your credit will be returned to your account to use on another class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of your credit.

Our classes are available to clients aged 18 and over. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.
