An after-hours mat Pilates session inside Norwich's Royal Arcade, in partnership with ORA. The space is closed to the public, the lights are on and the atmosphere is unlike any regular class. Finish the evening with a complimentary ORA matcha.

Wear comfortable clothing and grip socks. No pair? Pick up Forge grip socks from us on the night.

ORA is a matcha and wellness cafe in Norwich's Royal Arcade, focused on mindful nutrition and wellbeing. A natural fit for an evening of movement and reset.

It depends on the event. Most of our community events and collaborations are open to all levels. Any experience requirements will be listed clearly on the event listing before you book.
Wear something comfortable you can move freely in. For mat and Reformer sessions we recommend grip socks.

Places vary on event, but are usually limited to keep events intimate and well-supported.
Please give as much notice as possible if you can no longer attend, by emailing becca@forgepilates.co.uk. As event places and goodie bags are prepared in advance, tickets may be non-refundable close to the event date.
